Is Thrive Cleaning Solutions insured?

Yes! To obtain proof of insurance, you can email [email protected] for current documentation.

What are the rates of your services?

Thrive doesn’t charge hourly. It’s a simple, flat rate based on a variety of different factors. These factors include: type of clean, size, location and the frequency (weekly, biweekly or one time.) As always, recurring cleans have discounts factored in.

What is your cancellation policy?

No contracts are involved but cancellation/ rescheduling is required 48 hours in advance.

How many hours does a typical clean take?

There is no good answer to this. It all depends on the size, condition and needs of your home. Typically, Thrive can provide a rough estimate of how long it will take.

How do I pay?

You can pay with cash, check or you will be sent a payment link directly to your email and phone number on the day of service.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No, you do not! It's your choice if you want to be there or not. Just leave a key and Thrive will take care of everything.

Are there any services you don't offer?

Thrive offers a wide range of home and business cleaning services. We do not offer resurfacing, waxing or refinishing floors, moving large furniture, exterior windows, mold and bio-hazards.
